Flawless Delivery Steals The Show

ESAB is the worlds largest Welding and Cutting tools manufacturer based in Sweden. We recently provided all the multiscreen multimedia integration and computer installation for their recent 1260 square meter Exhibition Stand at Schweissen and Schneiden 2005 in Essen Germany. "Delivering the largest exhibition stand at an event with 1043 exhibitors is quite an undertaking" said David Paul, marketing Director of ESAB, "doing it successfully, in full view of all your competitors and customers requires excellence in delivery from all your suppliers, Vision 360 provided a flawless service, delivering content from 50 computers across 74 screen on our stand throughout the 7 days of the event!".

From the moment we received the brief we realised that thorough organisation and planning was key to delivery. We planned all of the infrastructure required to run the event, network and video cabling, software, hardware and content requirements. The Stand was designed by Swedish design agency, Highway and constructed by Swedish stand builder, ICT. Screen installation was provided by DAV.

We liased with the various suppliers to ensure that the installation would go smoothly and that all the elements were accounted for, we supervised the onsite cable installation and then installed, managed and maintained all of the required computer hardware.

We filmed the entire stand in HDV format and have edited and produced a post stand DVD for ESAB so they can communicate the success of their stand throughout the company and distribute the content to all their country offices.

Result:
ESAB recognised the contribution of the Vision 360 team to the success of the stand with a prize presentation at their post event debrief with 100 ESAB staff for our 'outstanding contribution to the success of the stand'.
