EMI Group Interim & AGM Results

EMI wished to extend their Interim Results audience and commissioned us to create a live webcast and post event archive. A few days before the live event, we created a microsite to hold the webcast, which in turn sat within EMI's Investor Relationship area. On the day, we received final slides moments before the live presentation started, using our ezpresenter system we converted the slides and uploaded them to our webservers, we then webcast the live presentations directly from the venue in Windows Media.

During the Q&A session, which was not webcast, we uploaded an archive of the entire event in Windows Media, QuickTime and Real, thus creating an indexed archive of the event while is was still taking place! A CDROM containing higher-res versions of the presentations was also created for the following day.

EMI were very pleased with the service and quality of the webcast & archive and commissioned us for their following AGM.
